Today, Hugo has been busy at work creating the title of the exhibition at the museum’s entrance, interacting with visitors, and being interviewed. Come by all throughout September to watch him create the mural across the museum’s walls in his improvisational manner.

Con Safos Founder & Managing Editor, Ralph “Rafas” Lopez Grijalva-Urbina Visits

The museum was pleased to welcome Ralph “Rafas” Lopez Grijalva-Urbina, founder and managing editor of Con Safos: Reflections of Life in the Barrio.  Our interns were excited to have the opportunity to him and to hear about the creation of Con Safos. It was the first time that Rafas visited the museum and saw the exhibition.
