Remembering Charles Bowden
The board of directors and staff at the Museum of Social Justice would like to express our deepest condolences over the passing of Charles Bowden, the co-author of Exodus, the book our upcoming exhibit is based on. He was a journalist and author of several books on the controversial issues in Ciudad Juarez and drug cartels. He analyzed and criticized NAFTA and the economic relationship between the U.S. and Mexico. Several of his works include, Juarez: the laboratory of our future, Murder City, Down by the River, and more. Charles Bowden’s journalistic insights has unraveled and raised awareness of the Mexican border issues. The Museum of Social Justice applauds Charles Bowden for his literary contributions.
